What kinds of products are available at Doeraa?
At Doeraa, you will find a variety of fabrics like Chiffons, Cottons, Crepes, Silks, Georgettes, Nets, Raw Silks, Satins, Organza, Velvets, and many more varieties oof fabrics with fashionable Embroideries, Prints, Dyed Plain Fabrics and certain accessories like Bags and Masks. We also have many sets of lehengas, suits and sarees curated by our Best Fashion Designers.
How long will it take to get my orders?How will I know if my order is processed?
Once you confirm your order online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and whatsapp message with your order number and other important details. We have a back-end team that co-ordinates with the courier services and ensures timely delivery of the order.
Can I have Cash on delivery option?
Yes, we do have a cash on delivery option availale for orders upto Rs.2500. COD service might not show up for a certain pincode. You may contact our customer support for any help.
How Secure is the website if I have to make a Purchase by Credit card or debit card?
We accept all Master and Visa cards - both Indian and international. Doeraa and our payment gateway partners are certified with SSL license to protect your card information. For more information you can also read our Privacy Policy.
Can I call order through the phone?
Yes, in case your order does not get through the payment gateway, you can always call or whatsapp our customer service to continue and confirm your order
Do you accept Return of order?
No, Once the fabric has been cut from our roll for an order we cannot accept any cancellation or Return of Order.
Do you give half metre or cut in points?
No, We do not cut in halves or points for eg. 0.5 Metres or 0.25 Metres or 0.75 Metres. We only cut fabric in whole quantity. For eg. 1,2,3,4,5,6….

What is the estimated time of delivery?
In most cases, your order will be processed within 24-48 business hours of placing it. On an average, you can expect to receive your order within 3-6 business days of placing the order.
Does Doeraa deliver internationally?
Yes, we do cater to international clients. However shipping charges, tax and other charges vary from country to country which will we shown at checkout.
How do I check my order status?
We will send you timely updates and details about your order through E-mail and SMS. You can also check the status of your order online using the tracking link that has been emailed to you.
Do you accept Return of order?
No, Once the fabric has been cut from our roll for a order we cannot accept any cancellation or Return of Order.
Which courier partner doeraa uses?
We have partnered with multiple courier partners for safe and timely delivery of your order. The partners include Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecomm Express, DTDC and more. All our international orders are sent via DHL Express Shipping.
